Angela C Pitts is a multi-media artist and photographer that resides in Dallas, Texas. She has earned a Master of Fine Arts degree in Photography, and teaches photography at Dallas Baptist University.
She is interested in making photographs that mirror the life of home, beauty of nature and family legacy. She is inspired by a community of artists found at the University of North Texas, and the strong legacy within her own family. Family roles are at the center of her interests, starting with the lives of her grandmothers. Both were very close to her, giving her reason to research and investigates women's roles in society and how they are transformed through mother/daughter relationships.
She is constantly looking for new ways to develop creativity and will always continue to make art.
